Grid Construction


	The rectangle "abdf" is the base rectangle, with "abcg" being a square. To simply construct a diminishing series draw the two blue diagonals as shown. Where they intersect is point "x" and is called the Pole of the logarithmic spiral, being that point where the magenta spiral diminishes towards, but never actually reaches.


		What will no doubt be of surprise is that the Giza Plateau shows every indication of having been designed around just such a series of Golden Rectangles.
